Social Assistance
The Social Assistance Program (Ontario Works) is delivered to individuals
and family living in Pic Mobert First Nation who meet the financial
eligibility requirements. Presently this program only delivers the income
support component. This program is delivered with the utmost respect for
the individual and family.
Homemaking/Personal Support
The Homemaking Program is a service provided to elderly community members
and adults with physical disabilities so that they may continue living in
their own home. The program provides assistance with light housekeeping
duties and is based on the need of the individual. This program is
delivered with utmost respect for the individual and family. At present,
the program is supervised by the Social Services Administrator.
